Canada Post Service Disruption

Canada Post has received strike notices from CUPW indicating the potential for strike activity to begin Friday, May 23, 2025 at 12:00 am local time unless an agreement is reached. At this point, it is uncertain whether we will experience rotating action or a total shutdown of services. As a result, we wish to advise our valued customers that:

• Brown Healthcare will not be offering Canada Post as an option for rural delivery to locations not served directly by UPS.
• Facility customers that typically mail payment for invoices will need to make arrangements for EFT or credit card payment in order to remain in good standing. Credit is extended for 30 days only, regardless of Canada Post action.
